Yes, you can assign any target URL to any deal you want to.

Yes, if your DEAL ID is i.e. 4 (you can get your DEAL ID from Deals -> Deal Manager), then you can goto your website’s deal page and show only desired deal by following this URL structure: <YOUR-SITE>.com/<DEAL-PAGE>/?deal=4
